1. Identity
These terms govern the relationship between the guest and Harmony Hotel Group (HHG), owner of Hotel Ensueños by HHG, located at Gran Colombia 184 y Manuel Vega, Cuenca, Ecuador. Contact: reservas@hotelensuenos.com · +593 97 888 8020.
2. Bookings & confirmation
The booking request is sent through our WhatsApp form. The stay is confirmed only when our reservations team replies with written confirmation and, if applicable, the payment receipt. Published rates are indicative in US dollars (USD) per night and include VAT where applicable.
3. Rates & payment
- The per-night price depends on room type and season.
- Payment methods are coordinated directly with reception (transfer, card or cash).
- Promotions and discounts are not combinable unless expressly stated.
4. Check-in & check-out
- Check-in: from 14:00.
- Check-out: until 12:00 on departure day. Special times subject to availability.
5. Cancellations & refunds
Governed by our Cancellation Policy. In short: cancellations with at least 48 hours' notice get a full refund; late cancellations or no-shows are charged one night.
6. Conduct & house rules
- Smoking inside the premises is prohibited (Ecuador Law 005).
- The guest is liable for damages caused to the property.
- Other guests' rest is respected between 22:00 and 07:00.
7. Personal data
The handling of your data is described in our Privacy Policy, in line with Ecuador's Personal Data Protection Law (LORTAD).
8. Liability
HHG is not liable for loss or damage to valuables not deposited in the reception safe, nor for force majeure or act of God.
9. Governing law
Any dispute is governed by the laws of the Republic of Ecuador and the jurisdiction of the courts of Cuenca.
