1. Free cancellation
You may cancel at no cost up to 48 hours before your check-in time (14:00). You will receive a full refund of any amount paid.
2. Late cancellation
If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, a charge equivalent to one (1) night of the booked room type applies.
3. No-show
If you do not arrive on check-in day without prior notice, 100% of the first night is charged and the room is released at 18:00 the same day.
4. Date changes
Date changes are subject to availability. If the new rate is higher, the difference is adjusted; if lower, the original rate is kept unless otherwise agreed in writing.
5. Long stays & groups
For stays over 5 nights or groups (more than 3 rooms) a deposit and special conditions may apply, coordinated in writing.
6. Force majeure
In cases of force majeure or act of God (natural disasters, government restrictions) we will try to reschedule the stay without penalty whenever possible.
