Cancellation Policy

Art. 1.1.You may cancel at no cost up to 48 hours before your check-in time (14:00). You will receive a full refund of any amount paid.

Art. 2.1.If you cancel with less than 48 hours' notice, a charge equivalent to one (1) night of the booked room type applies.

Art. 3.1.If you do not arrive on check-in day without prior notice, 100% of the first night is charged and the room is released at 18:00 the same day.

Art. 4.1.Date changes are subject to availability. If the new rate is higher, the difference is adjusted; if lower, the original rate is kept unless otherwise agreed in writing.

Art. 5.1.For stays over 5 nights or groups (more than 3 rooms) a deposit and special conditions may apply, coordinated in writing.

Art. 6.1.In cases of force majeure or act of God (natural disasters, government restrictions) we will try to reschedule the stay without penalty whenever possible.

Art. 8.1.If Hotel Ensueños must cancel your reservation for operational reasons, overbooking or force majeure, you will be notified as early as possible and offered a full refund or reaccommodation in a similar-category alternative lodging, as applicable.

Art. 9.1.During high season, holidays or special events, more restrictive cancellation and payment policies, minimum stays, or differentiated rates may apply. These conditions will be disclosed at the time of booking.
