Our Story
Hotel Ensueños was born in 2001 as a family project in the heart of Cuenca. What began as a guesthouse became, over more than a decade, a hotel recognized for its warm hospitality, its locally-rooted cuisine and its commitment to the World Heritage city that surrounds it.
A refuge with Cuencan soul
Each room was designed as its own retreat: warm lines, noble materials and views of the highlands. We believe true luxury lies in the details, the quiet and genuine human care.
After the full 2024 renovation, Ensueños consolidated its identity as a benchmark of luxury hospitality in southern Ecuador, without losing the family closeness it started with.
