Contact details (name, email, phone) sent via form or WhatsApp.
Stay details (dates, room type, number of guests).
Billing details when an invoice is required.
Anonymous navigation data via cookies (see section 5).

Manage and confirm your booking.
Handle inquiries and provide guest service.
Comply with legal and tax obligations.
Send stay-related information (no marketing spam without consent).

Art. 4.1.We process your data based on the performance of the lodging contract, legal compliance and your consent for communication channels.

Art. 5.1.We use essential cookies for the site to function (light/dark theme, language). We do not sell your data to third parties. You can disable cookies from your browser.

Art. 6.1.We keep your data only as long as necessary for the above purposes and legal obligations. As a reference: booking and billing data for up to 7 years for Ecuadorian tax purposes; contact details and preferences while the contractual relationship lasts; navigation and cookie data until you delete them from your browser.

7. Your rights (LORTAD)

Art. 7.1.You may exercise your rights of access, rectification, erasure, objection and portability by writing to reservas@hotelensuenos.com. We reply within the legal deadline.

8. Security

Art. 8.1.We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data against unauthorized access.

9. Changes

Art. 9.1.This policy may be updated. The current version is always published on this page.
